We have only had it 10 months and it has sunk in the middle so bad my daughter would rather sleep on the couch. Very disappointed.

My wife and I had been sleeping on a mattress we spent $250 on 8 years ago. We knew that a new mattress would be an upgrade, but this mattress is incredible. It has tons of support but is also super soft thanks to the memory foam top. I cannot recommend this mattress enough. I think this mattress is likely worth twice what we paid for it.

We bought this mattress after doing a lotta research and reading a lotta reviews. The purchase was easy and effortless, the mattress arrived earlier than expected, and the Serta company emailed us throughout the process AND after the mattress arrived, in case we had questions. Amazing customer service!
This mattress is EXACTLY what we needed. I have Neuropathy in my legs, my husband has hip and knee issues, and after a month the mattress is helping us both wake up feeling less achy! It's firm (for him), and we got the extra layer of softness built in (for me), so it's firm, yet soft. It feels like sleeping in a hug! We love our new mattress!

comparing all brands, this was the best quality with best price that I could find. It is perfectly comfortable. I have it for a month and I had deep good sleeps on it.

My husband and I were looking to buy a new bed for plus size people. This bed was just to our liking! It's large enough to fit the both of us comfortably. Both of us are side sleepers and our old mattress was not cutting it. That being said, yes, it is comfy - and now here is the but. Ok so after having the bed for over a month, the first few days were rough. Like all new beds, you have to adjust. I had a hard time with all the fluff, I kept sinking in! My husband on the other hand loved that feeling of being sunk into the fluff. I finally have been able to get a good night's sleep on this bed. For the price, I can't complain.
