I bought one of these mattresses and loved it so much that I bought another! It pillows your body and feels like sleeping on a marshmallow. No more sore ribs. I am 130 lbs and my husband is 200 lbs. Sometimes he makes a dent and I sort of wedge into the dent and it's too warm. But then I move a few inches over and all is well. We do not feel much movement when one of us gets up at night. I would happily buy a third one.

I believe the mattress is of good quality and I do not want to give a bad review just based on our preference but we are having a hard time adjusting to it. It is just not for us. It feels a lot firmer than expected.

We bought this mattress since my wife has knee and hip issues and couldn't sleep at night. Since the purchase, she has been able to sleep better at night. My father-in-law also purchased one for him and his wife due to her body pains.

Best mattress I've ever had. My low back discomfort has disappeared. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress conforms nicely to my body contours. I also seem to sleep cooler, which is a hidden plus. Your engineering is genious! Thank you for my best night's sleep ever.

For years, we thought you had to pay five thousand dollars or more to get a good night's sleep. But we're big people, and mattresses don't last that long ... they become tacos. Two-people tacos. But I digress.
The Serta Luxe Grandmere was ready to go, had a very slight smell that dissipated quickly, and has given us great, restful nights ever since it arrived. We'll absolutely buy it again when the time comes.
(Review written is honest, but was gained by promising me one of them cute, plushy sheep.)

I bought this mattress for our guest room, and I am really happy with it--and so are my guests! I looked for a moderately priced mattress with all the qualities I wanted, and the Grandmere really fits the bill. It's so comfortable and soft, yet supportive at the same time. It feels like a mattress that could cost twice as much.

This mattress is better than the 20+ year old Serta it replaced (yes, my husband and I were WAY overdue). I ordered a more plush top to alleviate hip pain when side sleeping, and knee pain when back sleeping. This mattress has performed well in this regard. However, the memory foam/plush top doesn't seem to have a memory... our body indentations don't recover and I kind of slip into the same "mold" every night. This concerns me, and makes me feel like we'd be replacing this mattress in only a year or two if, eventually, the support completely fails to spring back. My husband and I are each well under 200 lbs. We've only had this mattress for one month. I'm on the fence about returning it.

A great upgrade from my previous mattress. It improved my sleep where I don't toss and turn like I used to. It provided relief from pressure points (side sleeper). My only downside is it didn't kept me cool as I expected*, room settings might be due to that and it is summer.

This is a wonderful mattress. I am a side sleeper with sciatic issues and this mattress has brought me much relief. I wake up refreshed and rested. It is soft and comfortable, yet provides excellent support. I am very impressed with the quality for the value, I stayed within my budget and got a great product.

My wife and I bought this mattress after going through 3 other brands of memory foam mattresses. It is very comfortable and we are glad we bought it. It is a little firmer than we were expecting, but we are still enjoying it a lot! Would recommend!

I have owned a Serta mattress for many years. I have the soft pillow top. I have cancer and other mattresses are to firm and hurts my bones when I lay on them. I recently bought another Serta mattress and I am waiting for it to be delivered. For me, a Serta mattress is the only one that I will ever buy.

We purchased this mattress to replace a cheaper one we bought several years ago. We were so hopeful that we would have a good night sleep on a well made mattress. We are just about to the one month mark and every night is a little worse. The first night we noticed that the mattress caved in where we slept. Usually something that happens after a very long time but on this mattress, the first night. Progressively it has gotten worse. It is also the hottest mattress I've ever slept on. It is unbelievable hot and I am usually very cold. So far my neck has went out, my lower back started to hurt a couple days ago and my arms and legs go numb from the pressure the bed puts on them. This is with all the comfort upgrades as well. Terribly disappointed with this product.

I am very happy with this mattress! I do not wake up growling anymore. My back is a happy camper. The only thing I wish was different is if the edge foam was across the whole mattress because it is firmer around edges and nice and soft(with support ) where you lay so I was getting that trough effect. I sit all along the edges to smoosh it down some and that seems to help. I have been sleeping very well. I have a twin size. Good looking mattress and very light. After messing around getting those bed in a box mattresses I'm glad I went with Serta. It was not in a box. It was delivered by two very nice guys. Thank you Serta!

I've had this mattress for about a month and I love it. My days of waking up with back and hip pain are over. Its soft and plush but firm enough that you don't feel like you're sinking to the bottom. This mattress is a great deal for the price.

I've spent the past I don't know how many years sleeping on a hard mattress because of back issues. I thought it was the "preferred option for back pain. Ha! This mattress cradles me softly yet gives me plenty of support. I rarely toss and turn anymore. My knees and back don't hurt from sleeping like they used to. The worse thing about this mattress is I don't want to get out of it in the morning! I was apprehensive at first but all my fears of sleeping on a plush mattress have vanished! Best investment in self-care I've ever made! Thank you so much!

I must admit my husband, and I was skeptical at first about purchasing a mattress online. But, once we saw the guarantee, we thought, " what do we have to lose?" So, of course, we purchased it. I'm so glad we did! We both love this mattress. I'm more of a soft mattress kind of gal, and my husband prefers firm, but this is a perfect compromise for the both of us. So, if you're on the fence like we were, I say dive in. It's well worth it!

Serta has always meant quality and comfort to me. To find it to also be affordable and have a cooling layer in this model were the icing on the cake! I have a hard time staying cool any time of day but especially at night. This feature makes it possible to get a comfortable night's sleep as well as great support. I am also a cancer patient and regulating my body temperature is very important right now. This mattress is a Godsend.

Ordered this mattress specifically as a person with fibromyalgia who needs a supportive mattress for side sleeping, pain management, and coolness from the mattress itself at night. The extra cooling topper I ordered seems to make a big difference compared to the mattress I had before that would almost trap heat at night. I was skeptical about adding the topper as the mattress is 14 inches tall and the topper seemed to elevate me when sleeping even more, but after having it for a few weeks now, and sleeping on the mattress the initial bounciness I felt when trying the mattress that I was not used to seems to have compressed enough to feel more normal vs fresh out of box and I would order the mattress with the added feature again. The fabric on top seems to be good quality, soft yet durable feeling.
My chronic pain at night has gone from a near 8.5/9 (scale of 1-10 with 10 being max pain), to a solid 4/5 most nights. I still have my chronic illness flares where pain is higher but overall the pain at night is not waking me up like it used to after sleeping on this mattress the past few weeks.
I will see how this mattress holds its shape over the next months and years, but I am very satisfied overall with it and the quality of it as a whole.

I finally gave in and decided to buy a new bed and, after reading many reviews, I bought the Grandmere. The bed is soft and supportive at the same time! I never got up from a bed and actually felt no pain. I definitely recommend this bed!!

I love this bed. It's breathable and soft, but its way more firm than I was expecting. I like being hugged by my bed. But it's comfortable and I'm sure it still has some breaking in to do. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

I purchased my mattress about 3 months ago after delivery of the first one it developed a severe dip in the mattress after a few months. They sent me a new one since there must have been a problem with the foam. I have had the second mattress for two weeks and again there is a major dip in the mattress. I bought from Serta because I thought they were a quality mattress. I definetly should have bought a different brand. What am I supposed to do go through the trouble of being home to have a new mattress delivered every month. The mattress is very comfortable until you have to sleep in a huge hole. Any memory foam mattress I have ever had recovers once you are no longer laying on it. This one does not recover. I spent good money on a mattress that is worthless.

We had a Sleep Number for 10 years. For a the last 5, I woke up almost every day with back pain. I went to the chiropractor, adjusted the bed, but nothing worked. We decided to replace our bed and bought this on our daughter's recommendation. It was the best decision we could have made. I've experienced no back pain since having this mattress. I don't know why they claim it's a comfort upgrade. It literally has no give to it at all except for this small tiny layer of foam? Not even an inch of give and even that inch is firm! Had a lot of neck, shoulder, and hip pain from this mattress and also some cutoff circulation too. My wife is also complaining about how firm it is so it's not just me! I'm 220 lbs and she weighs less then me and has the same issues. Also what sucks about their 120 night trial is once you exchange for another mattress you're done and stuck with whatever you choose! I'd suggest going to a mattress firm or something and trying out all serta's before ordering on here. Especially since their 120 night trial is honestly a joke!

Fell in love with this mattress the first night. The plushness of this one is right up there with the perfect sleeper plush. I opted for two extra layers of the cooling gel and so far I have not been awoken in the middle of the night feeling hot, we have had several nights in the sixties but I haven't felt hot sleeping in it. Hope the summer months in Northeast Florida will feel the same. This mattress is perfect for anyone who needs the medium firm but plush mattress all in one. You get a little sink in feeling but it's the best kind of feeling, you can't wait to get right back into this mattress. Not at all hard to get out of but, you sure wish you could stay there longer. Delivery was typical for being in a pandemic, my only concern or issue was I didn't hear from the delivery team until I started emailing Serta to find out what was going on. (After two weeks) The actual delivery team did a great job of placing the mattress exactly where I wanted it.
