Just brought the mattress, it is noisy when you sit on it, the head of the mattress is sunken in and the pillow top is lumpy.

I was very excited to receive my queen mattress, it is very comfortable but not good on my back. I am in the process of exchanging my mattress. Serta has been helpful throughout the process. I am hoping to get something extra firm. This mattress is great for the people who don't have back issues.

Although this was purchased for our guest room, as soon as I set it up, I laid down and took a nap…so comfortable . When my daughter and her family visited, she and her husband reported a very good night's sleep. We are, and have been for years, a Serta family for life!

I used to wake up with achy back and hips. I thought it was just an aging body until I got this mattress. I no longer wake up stiff and sore. I'm a side and back sleeper and this mattress gives the perfect amount of support in the right places. I'm also a hot sleeper but this mattress does not sleep hot at all!

Wife and I bought this and had it for 3 months and already having Sinking problems! I emailed the company they refusing to replace it so I told them to just refund it then cause we on 120 day sleep trail which is B.S. Keep in mind im only 160 lbs wife is 110 so no reason for king mattress to sink holes. Guess what they offer free stuff for reviews so becareful with so many great reviews they got free goodies! Until they replaced the mattress or refund it they get 0 stars from me.

I've had my bed for 1 week now. So far so good. The comfort is amazing, I've never slept on anything this soft. I've also never fallen asleep so fast. It's my first Serta mattress and I'm really loving it thus far.

I have suffered from L4,L5 herniated discs for 30 years and always wake up with stiff, hurting back. This mattress has helped tremendously. Of course I still have pain, and have to do stretching exercises for my back, but this bed has made a 100% improvement in my wife's and my sleep. Used to toss and turn all night but now sleep pretty sound all night. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a firm mattress that is also soft. I am very thankful that we gave it a try.

Had 3 in the past 8 yrs. First one lasted 28 yrs. The next one lasted 14 months They are junk. It was replaced. But then the next one was also junk. But the company wouldn't replace the 2nd one. I will never buy Serta again.

I understand I'm biased coming from an all foam mattress but this mattress is not plush. A hallmark of a firm mattres in my opinion is that you sleep ON it and not IN it. You definitely sleep on top of this mattress, little to no sinkage which to me means it is not plush.
Also, the edge support is great. However, this is another characteristic that you will be hard pressed to find in a plush mattress.
However, it is supportive. It is firm but has a nice spring to it. But if you are looking for any kind of cradling, soft, body contouring plushness, look elsewhere.
Also, I find the top layer to be loud. It's like paper crinkling when you move.
On the flip side 5 star customer service from Serta getting the matress returned. Definitely will consider them in the future again for this.
To summarize: Not plush. Springy firm feel, great for stomach sleepers. Great edge support. Some noise from top layer. Awesome customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice e this mattress was. It is very comfortable and soft. My niece spent the night and loved it, she said it was the most comfortable bed she ever slept on and wanted it for her self. So I couldn't be happier with the mattress. It is a very well made product. The bed keeps you cool at night and do not seem to wake up sweating like most mattresses.

I was so happy to get the Serta Luxe Armisted mattress! My old mattress had definitely seen better days. I called it my memory foam with memory loss. Jokes aside, it was time to retire it to the basement for the dogs to enjoy. My new Serta was a breeze to set up, and while a bit heavy for just me, my husband and I together had no issue getting it in the house and to our room to set up. A quick upwrap of the nice thick plastic that kept in protected in shipping and we were good to go. It fit perfectly on our foundation free frame. Snuggled in perfectly between the headboard and footboard, it instantly took our room from looking like a bachelor pad to looking like actual adults lived there!
My first night's sleep was amazing. I barely even moved, compared to the tossing and turning I did on the old one. I woke up feeling like I actually rested.
As we continue to enjoy our new mattress, my aches that I had grown accustomed to are finally subsiding. A good mattress really DOES impact sleep quality and how you feel in the morning. My kiddos fall straight to sleep in it too. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to replace their mattress. The Cool Gel feature was amazing for our summer heat wave! It was so nice not to sweat at night! We don't have central AC, so heat waves can be brutal to sleep through, but the mattress really did help make it more comfortable to rest on even the hottest nights with just our small fans going.

We love our new Serta Luxe mattress! Our last Serta mattress, lasted 8 years and 3 cross country moves! I'm hoping this one does the same. The Serta Luxe mattress has been a dream literally! I've seen sleeping like a baby. I had the right amount of support even our dogs love it.

I love the color of this bed and the way it's made. It easily can go with any color bed frame and not stick out like a sore thumb. I love the fact it has alot of support while laying on it. The only thing is the comfort isn't as comfortable as I thought it would be for being a plush design almost feels like it's a firm mattress. Other than that I really like the mattress and will definitely be buying more serta mattresses in the future. I recommend trying this mattress out if you like a firmness to your mattress you will not be disappointed.

Before I got this I had trouble sleeping at night I couldn't get comfortable my back was hurting so I tossed an turned all night long after trying this mattress out for about a week I was shocked at the results !!! This Serta Luxe Edition Armisted Plush Euro Top is super comfortable! I usually toss and turn to "find" the right spot BUT in this bed I don't have to do all that! I just lay down and fall asleep without finding the "right" spot because this bed is the right spot! It is firm but yet soft. My only problem with this bed is that it is "wrinkling up". It has what feels and looks like a wrinkle. I slept on it for a week and noticed it so I spun the bed.After about another week the "wrinkle" appeared again. It's not too noticeable and the bed is still super comfortable!

This mattress is wonderful. It is beyond what I expected. I have not woken up with a backache all week. That has not happened in years. It also keeps me cool, since I am a warm sleeper this is great. It is the perfect combination of softness and firm. It is well made and very durable. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

I really wasnt sure that I was going to like this mattress. I am used to a much softer mattress. This actually was a nice surprise. It's just the right softness, but it's also firm enough to give my husband the support that HE needs while not being so hard that I cant sleep on it. It took a few days to get my body used to sleeping on it, but I dont wake up sore and stiff.
Overall, the mattress material is soft to the touch, and its comfortable to sleep in.

I have slept better the last couple of weeks than I have in years. This mattress has just the right amount of cushioning and support for us. It is well constructed and has a nice modern look to it. The padded top gives us just enough comfort to sleep comfortable yet the firmness provides enough support throughout the night, we wake up feeling great when we used to wake up stiff and had alot of tossing and turning through the night. We absolutely love our new mattress!

This mattress has the perfect amount of comfort and plushness, yet also provides the support I need. It has minimized my late night tossing and turning, and I wake up feeling rested. I got the The Serta Luxe Edition Armisted Plush Euro Top about a week ago and it is so comfortable I have scoliosis and this bed is perfect for me . The Euro Top is so comfortable I have not sleep this good in awhile . The matress is very well made and is very thick but when you lay on it your body sinks in just alittle to feel like your being craddled .

I really think that this is a high quality mattress. We have slept on it for a few nights now, and I have to say it is very plush and also supportive on the back. If you are someone who likes a plush mattress, this is the one for you. We had previously had a double mattress in our guest room and we wanted to upgrade to a queen and this was the one we were looking at before we got a chance to review it. I liked that it was a great brand and one that I had heard of and I loved how it felt. I am someone who likes a bit of support for my back but not too soft so that I sink into it. I found this one was the best overall for what I am looking for and for the guest that I know that will be using it. I would definitely recommend Serta and their quality of mattresses.

This mattress is everything I wanted and hoped it to be. It has a plush top for comfort yet is firm enough for support. The first morning I woke up after sleeping on it I actually stood up without my back and hips popping, popping joints in the morning used to be a regular occurrence for me. Now Im not saying it works miracles on my back, but in the last week of sleeping on it I'v only had one morning of popping joints. I think my old mattress was too worn and not firm enough for correct support and I had no idea I needed the support this new mattress offers me. The special coil system in this mattress is supposed to reduce motion transfer and I have to say this is probably one of my favorite features. I tend to move alot in my sleep and it drives my husband crazy and since getting this mattress he says he sleeps better since my moving seems contained to my side of the bed. It also has a top layer of gel foam that is for helping air circulation and it does seem to do just that. Overall I love this mattress and when the time comes to get a new mattress I will be getting another Serta.

I absolutely loved this mattress! I've got back problems and wake up in a lot of pain every morning, after sleeping on this mattress I've noticed I haven't been hurting when I wake up anymore. It's the perfect balance of soft and firm and it feels like it forms to your body when you lay down. I sleep on my side and I feel like it molds to my contours in order to give me full support. I recommend this to everyone who wants a great night's sleep.
